I wanted to take this opportunity to express my great satisfaction and appreciation for the very fine work which Classic Furniture used in finishing a recently purchased stereo cabinet from Rabbit Hill Furniture in Medway.
Originally, we were scheduled to have the piece finished at another refinisher. Our experience with them was more unpleasant and I finally insisted that the piece be refinished by Classic. I have had several pieces restored by your company and I have been more than satisfied every time. The stereo cabinet is no exception!
Your plant manager was very helpful and even gave us a tour of your state-of-the-art plant. I remember the plant off Grove Street and your new one is quite impressive.
Again, please extend my appreciation to all the personnel who finished the cabinet so beautifully. The long wait for the piece, ordered in August, and delivered in February (not Classic's fault) was worth the wait!
