FURNITURE REFINISHING AND REPAIR

Do you have a bedroom set, dining room set, desk, piano, or any other piece of furniture that needs to be refinished? Our lacquer finish is the highest quality and most attractive finish you can find. After stripping away the old finish by hand or in a safe flow-over method (never dip stripped which can harm wood and glue joints), we sand and prepare the piece for finishing. We apply the finish using our multiple-coat process and carefully hand rub the surface between coats. This assures a long-lasting, water resistant, beautiful finish that feels as smooth as silk - the same finish used by the most prominent furniture manufacturers.

We can custom mix a stain or spray paint to match your existing furniture or recommend one of our custom mixed stains. We also offer customized finishes like distressed painting at a fraction of the cost found at distinctive furniture stores.

For do-it-yourselfers, we offer an economical strip-only service. When we're done, your piece is ready to be lightly sanded, stained and finished. We also offer architectural stripping to help restore those heavily painted doors, windows, moldings, fireplace mantles, shutters, etc. Designed just for architectural stripping, our "cold solvent" stripping tank will remove all the old paint without raising the grain and loosening glue joints.
