We wanted to take a moment to share with you how pleased we have been
with Classic Furniture in Franklin.
After our washing machine burst and flooded our downstairs, destroying
ceilings, walls, floors and all the furniture, we were filled with a
sense of loss that was overwhelming. Our antiques were terribly
water-damaged, as well as all our upholstered furniture throughout our
living room and dining room.
Glenn Miller came out that morning and set the wheels of recovery into
motion. He showed compassion and offered encouragement at a time of
great despair. He was a pleasure to work with, professional and always
making himself available. In addition, he followed through on
everything he mentioned and maintained consistent contact with us to
monitor the situation. He recommended Classic Furniture in Franklin as
a possibility to explore for refinishing our antiques and other pieces
of furniture.
A technician from Classic arrived to review all the damaged goods.
After that visit with him, we suddenly felt that perhaps we might just
be able to salvage pieces that were important to us. Classis Furniture
was beyond amazing. The level of professionalism only matched the level
of talent this company has in refinishing and upholstering furniture,
assisting us with fabric selection and selecting window treatment. It
simplified the entire restoration of our home by all the services
offered.
The furniture looks better that it ever has, even those we were sure
would never come back to the original condition. The quality of their
work is beyond comparison. In addition, there was always the sense that
they truly cared about what they were doing and the craftsmanship
exerted in the restoration process.
